So now we have admission from Jerry Williams (Monk) in a court document that he was selling CDIV shares at the same time he was encouraging others to "buy and hold".

No doubt, there were others in his inner circle who were doing exactly the same; i.e. posting here to encourage others to "buy and hold" while they were dumping their CDIV shares.

The crooked manipulators who lied about the "float lockdown" and "NSS theory" have now been exposed, through their own admissions in court documents.
