As long as the price continues to be manipulated and kept in its present trading range any long who bought in has the opportunity to lower their cost basis buy buying some now if they so choose.
I would think many would do just that knowing what the company is striving to acheive coupled with the fact that not a single share has been issued in over a year. Makes sense to me. Go CDIV!!!
