I'm not making any accusations. I am simply making observations. Allow me to preface by saying that I am responding only because I do not like inaccuracies being thrown around. The preferred stock with the self imposed restrictions accounts for 600k of the debt. 1M in debt was removed from the books so if we do the math it is pretty simple to figure out the rest.

For the record, I am absolutely not against open discussion, in fact, I'm 100% for it, but the issue I have is that you're not looking for the answers; I feel like you're only looking to spread doubt. Have a great day as well.
