Am I incorrect in assuming that the debt ($1M worth) was converted to preferred stock? That's what I remember from the cc.
I make no accusations in my post, but you do. Why? I guess it's easier than having an open discussion, but only you know that for sure. I guess we'll know for sure where the money went on May 15th. That's if the financails are released on time
