Does anyone find it Odd that suddenly all the Paperwork for this Company is ready to go to Nasdaq?!?!

The only thing odd is where you dreamed up this silly notion. They will be a fully reporting company however.

As to the math, its always good to know who revels in the misfortune of others, here's hoping your investment's don't suffer a similar fate, which is quite likely.
