QASP Update Next Week! LOL! The Saga Continues.
Here's one Flake of Reality in your Cereal and
only the First Flaw in the Design.
Here is the CentaCom Math for Past, Present and Future QASP Shareholders.
It's such a shame that any Passerby can now buy into QASP,
if they were so inclined, and purchase at .002 and less as
opposed to those who bought in at .025.
Imagine this...
I know there are Current QASP Shareholders that have an
Average in cost of .025 and holding.
Let's say they own 1 Million Shares.
That 1 Million Share Position cost them $25,000.00
at .025 and has been holding it for well over a Year.
Is it fair for some Schmo to come along and sink that same $25,000.00 into QASP, buy in now at .002 on 12,500,000 million shares?
When would they sell, do you Imagine?
At only .004 would put a cool 25K in their Profit Column.
.02 is a Quarter Mil in the Bank!
And that is still a half cent less that the
.025 Million Share Holder!
On the other hand...
The QASP Long Term Shareholder bought in at .025 with $25K
had to wait 2 Years for the dust to settle and was only awarded
with only 1,000,000 shares.
New QASP Shareholder buys $25K at .002 gets 12,500,000 Shares
Old QASP Shareholder bought $25K at .025 got 1,000,000 Shares
Here's the Real tough part of the Merger/Exchange Doodie.
Reverse Split of 4:1(so they say)
New QASP Shareholder gets 3,125,000 Million Shares
Old QASP Shareholder gets 250,000 Shares on the Exact Same Money
Here's another Head Scratcher...
Does anyone find it Odd that suddenly all the Paperwork for this Company is ready to go to Nasdaq?!?!
LOL!
Higher Exchange Talk Already?????????
Really??? And there are no Public Records of this???
Seems odd that Centacom wants to Go to Market
and Never Sell Any Shares as THEY STATED!
Why bring CentaCom to Market in the First Place???
Oh...I remember.
To Save the QASP Shareholders.
I'll post more when I stop laughing~
