Meeting started at around 7:10 with Jeff and James on video.
Highlights:
-Currently in final stages of merger
-Not public yet, final hurdle is working out share exchange details (ie: restricted or not, exchange rate)
-Anticipating next week around tues or wed to release PR of merger details and share exchange info
-Will update IR page regularly regarding share info once they go live
-Wants to take company to full SEC reporting status
-They believe in doing things the right way and the moral way. They are doing this for the best interest for everyone. Many SH of quaser are almost like friends. Dont want to be another 'stinky pink' stock!
-Jeff working with lawyers right now. Many hurdles to doing a stock exchange, but it will get done. Will call a shareholder meeting in the future. SH vote to remove current management and put James/Jeff in charge
-Court case will settle on May 26 (if necessary). Incurred over 30k in personal legal bills
-Audited financials should be ready this week. Accounting being done by a firm call CRI (major reputable accounting firm)
-22% of company already set aside for Quasar
-This company wont sell shares to pay their bills. We want to be profit driven and not in the business of selling shares. Dillution is NOT in the program; no intention to sell shares
-Centaflix/Centacom will both be part of the newco merger
-You must be a SH on merger date (or record date) to be eligible exchange shares; however you can take as long as you want do the exchange (if your broker needs time to submit the paperwork)
-Currently working on Social Network system. Working daily to work out the bugs. He is working on it EVERY NIGHT from home
-Still on very friendly terms with Minseeker. Believe they can work out a partnership with them in the future
