Couple of other items to add ...

Regarding the financials. I had that the 2010 financials were given to CRI (Carr, Riggs & Ingram) last week and that he was going over to meet with them at 3PM Friday to give them the books for Q1 of this year.

They have 28 schools signed on.

Want to be fully transparent from day one, part of the reason he wants to record these CC's and put them up, so we can hold them to it. Tonight's call should be available end of the day tomorrow.

They talked about knowing the situation with many of us regarding having restricted shares, that it would be very difficult for many. Want to have all the info before them before making a decision.

Any shares not taken from the 22% allocated will be retired.
