Who knows? The shareholders hire an independent Board to deal with those kind of issues. Lanza/Neely improperly (and with Fraudulent intent IMO) hijacked our management and Board so he could do what ever he wanted to do with absolutely no oversight by the shareholders.

There was NO time that the Lanzas had a majority of shares or votes, in the last couple of years at least.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
