Crazy Maniac, agreed on both counts. Someone invested their money and time into retaining Wassgren, buying the shell, and filing a reverse split. Not many folks would waste this kind of money and effort without a plan.

The $64k question is: What's that plan?

Sadly, we have few clues. One odd clue is that the new shell owner decided to reverse split an already tiny pink OS down to an insanely low thumb-sized OS.

Could be new mgmt just doesn't care about pre-RM shareholders and did the steep reverse so they can dilute back to a sporty 25m OS, maintaing attractive OS-level, while flushing BLLD shareholders to the corner.

But it seems more likely that the new owner simply doesn't care about ongoing shareholders, so hasn't bothered to update us, because we are useless until the new business plan/scam is ready for daylight.

Will be interesting to see how long the ask holds up as the limbo drags on.
