Agilyx is located in a different state. JBII wouldn't have any restrictions there either. It's state specific -- not processor specific. JBII's processor can handle anything only it makes actual fuel and does so with a very cheap process and on a very cheap per barrel basis.
As opposed to Agilyx which makes "gel-like substance" that has to be heated all the way to the refinery or it turns to pudding, cost an arm and a leg to make, and the per barrel basis costs are so crippling that a LANDFILL is a more economically sound way of disposing of plastic than Agilyx's process.
