Just curious, days/dates do you know when? If so, how so?

I believe they may have diluted in the past myself, but if so as I have stated it's to grow the company and remain debt free. CGAQ and dilution has nothing to do with what I consider to be more so emotional panick selling of late. I'm not disagreeing dilution happens, just wondering how one can state when exactly? An earlier post claimed the sell off of late was due to possible company dilution and I stated I know of a friend who sold mils at the time the poster referenced. Again I say I'd agree with a business plan that remains debt free, and also agree dilution does happen, just curious how you can say when?

Without a recent disclosure statement the only times of CGAQ selling 504B shares is not known. Also the 504B shares sold were some free-trading and some restricted to other parties for services (all to grow the company, which again is ok with me). It would be more likely to me that the other parties receiving these 504B shares may be selling and not CGAQ. Selling of other parties who received shares for services would not be public nor on any disclosure statement. Maybe these other parties may have been part of the recent emotional panick selloff as well .... which CGAQ had a great bounce back from. I guess we can wait for the next disclosure statement and then go back and again check the dates and volume.
