Agree with everything -- all your thoughts here. I wonder which items (or if all) are the ones they really want. And why? If it is for uplisting, then there is no hurry, just proceed with the audit, growing the company, and shareholders will vote for everything necessary for uplisting. No problem. For now, they could have just gone ahead with the vote, or cancelled it. Why beat a dead horse? .. you know ... the one that was trying to push the cart. But as you pointed out the facts, there is more going on here.
