If so it's been to grow the company imo. Not that dilution hasn't occured or occured in the past we have no proof and can only speculate as no numbers regarding this have, nor will be reported (as previous attempts the past year have shown this question has been pretty well trashed over). All investors have is their own interpretation of the a/s o/s and volume. I believe they may have in the past and may so again but no way of knowing. BUT IF AND WHEN THEY HAVE IT'S BEEN TO GROW THE COMPANY AND REMAIN DEBT FREE IMO. Imo the low volume trading flat the last few days would not indicate so. If they were too it would be higher volume, also why would they dilute at these levels when if CGAQ's business plan comes thru they would be able to at much higher levels???? I believe in and agree with the business plan of remaining debt free. VERT is Vfinancial and FANC is Fortune500 and both are commonly seen penny stock mm's ... they accumulate/sell ... accumalate/sell, accumulate/sell or sell/accumulate ... sell/accumulate ... sell/accumulate, which can also be found by googling.
