I have a question. The last few weeks the names of two MMs keep coming up VERT and FANC. I googled vert market maker. What I found was a list of mms. VERT and FANC both came up on the list as top diluters for companies does this mean the company is still selling shares. If they are could this be why we are trading flat last few days.
