Looks pretty legit to me. I could see how this would be dangerous enough to rattle some agendas.
Honestly, it's laughable that we would be expected to believe that a random person could call E-Trade and that one of their representatives would discuss a client's account with them, much less tell that random person that action was going to be taken against that client. I think most here are highly amused at the presupposition of credibility that would allow such a assertion to be made.
