There is no margin comparison and will not be until JBI actually reports numbers.

At one time, it was argued that Agilyx was getting full market value for their product when it benefitted propping up JBI-fuel pricing. Recently that has changed to ~70% of current market.

Agilyx runs their showcase system that pays their expenses (and they have similar re-use of gas to run it). They are not trying to do what JBI is supposedly doing in the operational sense with their "start-up" plant.

The personnel argument is silly because if one actually crunches the manhours, they are similar. Also read the 10K, because now you have to include the recycle facility to get the "mild" competition-- otherwise JBI admits to significant increase in competition.

If you really are curious as to the competition posed by Agilyx, I'd suggest talking to the guy wanting to get SynCrude off the ground as it is in JBI's neighborhood.
