Al, with today's price action, many here have succeeded in keeping this stock volatile enough to continue daytrading, bottom feeding, etc. I wonder how many bailed today at 9c only to feed again next week in the 6s? Conspiracy? Not any less plausible then what else is posted here.

I'm not happy with 1 to 100 either. IMO, Ferris should cancel the proxy, let the stock price rise during the tradeshow/high season (Oct-Jan). Then, after the mass exodus of profit-takers, re-issue a new RS closer to the relist, eliminating short term stockholders via "as of" date.
