.37 - .64, IF Matt used "Big" investor cash and retired 100M post split. We would need to know the CMEX numbers and the interest rate from the BIG investor to be accurate.

But I do not think Matt would go through all this heartache with investors voting the new A/S in just to retire a large portion of them.

Unfortunately we'll be hearing about the potential for "dilution" until the new A/S is discussed in greater detail. It sucks cause it's like a disease. Herpes for example, it may not show on the surface, but if you know its there, you don't want to come close to it. That's the problem with the additional shares in the A/S, great for leverage for the company, but cooties to investors.
