The CEO has stated that MMX is on the verge of ramping up exposure and business . So much so that he saw a quicker route via PTEL to do that. Upon uplisting the LOC becomes available. Pair these two events-ready to dramatically increase MMX exposure, and the LOC and it seems entirely unlikely they would go under.
