Just one question: Can you please explain what you meant by "until the end of my mandate (post 8K I will no longer be on this board each day)"

I get the part in brackets - that's to be expected and totally understandable, but you said "my mandate" - what mandate? Was there some sort of official mandate that put you on this board or are you just using the word mandate "loosely" to describe your being on the board at all? Usually a mandate is directed, given, or granted by someone or some entity. I'm assuming by mandate you just mean your presence on the board until the R/M is announced.
