I have not gone anywhere, and have read each and every post.
Many of you have correctly pointed out that SEC regulations prevent me from further disclosure. I have tried to straddle a fine line between keeping the investors who watch this board satisfied, the investors who email or call me provided with quick responses (some of which have posted our exchanges here) and the law. While I accept that I may not have accomplished the task to the satisfaction of all concerned, I will continue to do so with honest intent and integrity, until the end of my mandate (post 8K I will no longer be on this board each day).
Everyone on this board has an agenda. Some wish to see the stock drop, some which to see the stock gain. And with those agendas come positions regarding what I have written, how I have governed myself and what is to be taken of my words, presence or absence. You all have a right to express how you feel about my words/actions with the impunity allowed by the moderator and by law.
I will endeavour to be present on the board for a 24 hours period following any filing of substance, to help investors with questions, as I do by email, phone or through our upcoming revamped websites.
Up to this moment, I have paid for every share I own, and like many of you, am a long-term holder. Unlike what some intimated, I have not received a single share from anyone. Whatever rumors you have read to the contrary, are completely false. I look forward to being back with all of you very soon to answer any questions that I am legally able to respond to.
