I don't know. Some possibilities are:
-- They lied about the o/s
-- They issued over 1.5 or whatever trillion shares then cancelled/repurchased some of them later
-- They didn't distribute the full divy like the PR led the public to believe.

That's a very good question to ask Urbie when he takes the stand. Step up to the plate gump. You've claimed to be part of this group. Why don't you request Frizzell ask tavy's question in the hearing?
