The merger details again are an open question. The PR however clearly stated there would be revenue sharing between the two entities so MDGC shareholders would certainly benefit. Q2 would be at the very earliest show any revenue stream, I think Q3 is more likely to reflect true value.
I also don't think any merger would be in a 4-6 week time frame but I also don't think it will be years either. One step at a time. A successful launch of the Boise project will open up new opportunities.
