Unless he is an "insider" then we will never know if he owns shares.

There is no "Major" list of shareholders you speak of.

If someone actually holds a substantial amount of shares then they have to file with the SEC.

So we have to go by the 8k and trust since he did in fact resign, that he is no longer involved,

Besides, he was pres. for all of what, a month? Obvious mistake on Steve's part.

I agree with you, we don't need him involved.
