(Because GAAP EPS is calculated based on the average shares outstanding during the reporting period, MNTA’s financing in Dec 2010 had almost no effect on the EPS denominator for 4Q10.) Please confirm that you took the above into account in arriving at your forecast. I want to be sure because your forecast is now in the ReadMeFirst

I have used an adjusted diluted share count of 51M in my Q1 EPS forecast.
