MNTA 1Q11 EPS forecast—10nisman: I presume you know that the share count used in the EPS denominator will be considerably higher in 1Q11 than it was in 4Q10. (Because GAAP EPS is calculated based on the average shares outstanding during the reporting period, MNTA’s financing in Dec 2010 had almost no effect on the EPS denominator for 4Q10.)

Please confirm that you took the above into account in arriving at your forecast. I want to be sure because your forecast is now in the ReadMeFirst :- )
