As Dew already mentioned profit would be $68 million vs. $75 million. Also, MNTA's net income is likely going to be closer to $50 million (using $68 million in mL profit) vs. your $45 million.

FWIW, I expect Q1 mL revenue to be between $210-225 million and MNTA's EPS/share between $0.85 and $0.96.
