Float lockdown? Anyone know how these float lockdowns work? I was in a terrible stock when the board lit up with names I never saw before. They all bought shares and held them and the pps rose up dramatically. I know AMST has a low number of shares available to investors. Would this stock be a good candidate for a float lockdown? I know I have a large amount of shares and I am not selling for a while.
