He stated to me in an email that I posted that he's going to use the Mitch Bogdan judgment to build inventory.

I'm not saying that the cash from the judgment will be sufficient just that at the current pps, he won't be getting that good of a deal if he sells the prefs to build inventory.

I also think he's working on a new loan secured by inventory with the FDIC. We know he's negotiating with them over the old loan.

But I don't know and it's another question that I wish the interviewer would have asked yesterday on the radio.
