Since March 2007 through last filing 12-31-10 it appears they have been issuing shares for cash, debt, services and acquisitions. That is why the O/S in annual report is up to 825,911,508 as of 12-31-10. Per I-Box the O/S is 1,425,911,508. Where did the 600 million shares come from? Someone, likely through ETMM is cashing in the shares they were issued for services, debt, cash etc. IMO. So technically not Mark dumping as a typical stinky pink, but with the way it trades, the float is likely around ~800 +,- 100 milly imo.
