contract with M### M## Marketing and intends to develop closer ties and
relationships with the investor public, update investors on company events on a
timely basis, communicate frequently with company shareholders, and to assure
the company's transparency and compliance with Pink Sheets. SDVI will also work
to improve the company's online presence, including the company website and
social media presence.
