The key point for me is that we do not own 90% of Histostem as we were led to believe. I thought this transaction was finalized long ago.

So basically since we do not own Histostem, I've been holding shares of a empty shell. Gee thanks for keeping us in the loop.

To prevent a revolt amongst investors, they've enticed us with a carrot "You have EXCLUSIVE distribution rights to North and South America? Really? Thanks, but I want my 90% back!

We are now only a distributor of products, currently with no customers, no sales force, no product on hand. Yes, it's just the beginning, and yes there is potential.... but.... I thought we passed this point a year ago.
1st response was excitement that they were giving us something for free. Then I realized they actually took away almost everything and left us with a small part of what we already had.

Weren't we (AMST) the ones looking for US Distributors? Now we are not the company.. We are the distributor? WTF! Not happy here. All the income we had as 90% owners of a profitable cord blood bank was just take away with the swipe of a hand!
