Email From the WDRP President, Richard Martel

I wanted to share this email communication between Richard Martel and me. This is in response to the investor group request to make a physical visit to Canada. I haven't edited anything except removing my last name and phone number. While we won't be visiting Montreal on 4-15, our visit will be happening in the near future. I'm reassured by what Richard had to say and hope others will be, too. The message, "we are very close" is something I've heard for the past month from many sources including Andrew (the IR rep) and it is reassuring now to hear it from Richard, too.

Brian

Thank you Richard. I really do appreciate this information coming from you. I'll share this information with our investor group. I'll also share it on the IHUB board where many others gather to discuss your progress. Once you are at the end of this prototype phase our group would like an opportunity to visit, see the prototype and have a chance to ask questions of Robert Simoneau.

Just so you know, the majority in our investor group have held Wanderport shares for a year or more and many continue to accumulate. We are a very dedicated group and hold a significant portion of the float.

Sincerely,

Brian

Brian,

Please allow me to clarify this. We did not refuse your request for a visit, we simply asked that it be re-scheduled at a convenient time for everybody. We would be happy to meet you and your group but it can only take place at the end of this prototype phase after the news releases to follow. We are asking for you and your group to be reasonable that's all. Also, to answer your question, the PR is referring to a prototype.

That said, we believe now is certainly not the time to be getting nervous as we have been open with investors since the start and the prototype is almost finished assembly. In a short time you will have all your answers. Should you chose to sell that is your business but I wouldn't give up on us now Brian, we are almost where you want us to be...Thanks for your support.

Thank you for your response, Richard.

We aren't asking you to tell us if the water heater works (though seeing one in action would be great), or if it meets the efficiencies claimed or any other propietery private information. Since this is an investor's right to visit, a denial of a request of this type is very disappointing.

I realize there is much information we aren't privy to and there are reasons for that. I hope you can understand investors frustration though. After all, WDRP invited us to become investors. Now, as investors we're asking you to bring this product to market, or tell us why it won't be happening now.

In the last press release, what does "as we take the final steps to producing the MHU expected this April, 2011" mean? Is this a prototype or a pre-launch unit? Simple, clear language would help everyone understand these issues better and there should not be any harm is clearly stating the process the product is in. I'll have to ask Andrew because the PR is simply not clear. There are many other questions that arise due to the vagueness of this PR that I will simply have to ask Andrew about.

In your last email to me you mentioned that things would start to become more clear to investors soon and it will all make sense. It is my hope that future press releases will start to create more confidence, and hopefully will be written in a clear manner so as to avoid speculation. If you are the author, sorry if I offended you.

Sincerely,

Brian

Dear Brian,

Thank you for your interest in Wanderport, as we are in receipt of your request for a visit.

Although we are not against the idea, we unfortunately feel that it is pre-mature and would only be setting up a situation where you and your group would possess privileged information because we have not yet had the opportunity to announce a prototype to this date.

We therefore suggest a postponement of this visit until we feel it appropriate, where all has been announced to the public in an equitable and fair manner. Furthermore, visits to Design 1 inc. should not be anticipated, as we do not speak for them and can not guaranty their willingness to participate.

Thank You for your kind understanding,

Wanderport Corporation

We would like to begin making travel arrangements. Can you confirm that Friday, April 15 will work with everyone's schedules?

Hello. I'm working with a group of WDRP investors who have expressed interest in coming to Montreal next month to meet with Robert Simoneau, Bruno Zoccali and the Design 1st team. We'd like to know if Friday, April 14 is a good time for your team. We're interested in seeing the product (in whatever form it is in), and will have a series of questions for your team.
