WUWT, my episodes span 10 years as well - 11 actually. First one was 3 days before my daughter was born. Can never forget that - I was hanging over my wifes hospital bed as she was giving birth and I was writhing and moaning more than she was. The nurses were giving me the worst dirty looks. LOL.

If not, just give me a description of the exercises. I don't want to go through this again!
