Nonsense. If they have tentative plans to uplist in the future, they can state exactly that. If the whole point of the RS is to uplist, and they state that they have no plans to uplist, then that would be misleading. Did it ever occur to you that the reason they state they have no plans to uplist is they have no plans to uplist? Perhaps they are telling the truth here.
