I will respond to your PM here, so everybody can see:
1) Most helpful would be some version of SI's fairly-new "Previous 10/Next 10" feature that enables users to call-up posts 10-at-a-time -- which makes it a LOT faster to skim through posts without having to hit "Next" after each one. If there's any one improvement I'd suggest/request for IH, that'd be it.

2) Some way for users to make the message-list appear with the newest post at the BOTTOM of the list, rather than the top. This is strictly a personal preference, of course, and most people may like it the way it is -- but it'd also be nice to have the option to reverse the display-order if desired.

3) A "Preview Post" option so users can double-check their posts before "committing" them to the thread -- and perhaps also an "Edit" option (like SI's) to allow posters to make changes to their messages within a few minutes AFTER the posts appear on the thread.

Just want to note, that I know the site is absolutely molasses speed today. And it will be for a few days. You guys were just a few days early on getting here before the big infrastructure upgrade. So hang in there.
