Wanderport and American Distributor Closing in on an Agreement With a Pending Order
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 5, 2010) - Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today announced that negotiations with an American group possessing various sales channels including rural Co-ops in the USA are moving forward steadfastly. Rural America represents 45% (a $3.6 billion annually) of the US marketplace. This agreement would ensure tremendous direct access to this market for the company. In addition, they have tabled various other proposals including an immediate order of between 450 and 650 commercial units to help sanitize facilities at some of America's largest fast food giants. The US fast food industry is not permitted to use conventional household water heaters to sanitize their facilities and therefore necessitates the use of more costly commercial water heating systems (between three and four thousand dollars) for their equipment and facility sanitization procedures. In management's opinion, Wanderport's microwave tank-less water heater eliminates that huge cost factor.
"We are diligently working towards a sales and distribution agreement, however, sales commitments remain one of a few questions pivotal to finalizing the agreement," stated Barry Somervail, VP of Sales at Wanderport.
