Good points, thanks for the discussion. Part of me thinks they're just trying to be frugal with some of these moves. Their management structure the last couple years seems to be of a pretty frugal nature (such as becoming non-audited), which is something, in it's base form, I think most of us would like in a management team. Lower expenditures are better for the bottom line, as long as they're of the correct nature. With all of their recent hiring and expansion they may be looking to save money where possible so that they can remain profitable.

I agree that employees tend to perform to their incentives. What do companies do besides the traditional methods of snail mail and email to get info to shareholders? I got my proxy through my broker, Scottrade. I figured everybody else also got theirs according to the way they set their preferences of communication with their broker.
