"marketing approval from FDA for Copaxone on or before March 28, 2015"

So I guess approval for Copaxone is years away. Why else would the incentive be to get the approval after such long drawn period
- An Incentive to get FDA approval within NEXT 4 YEARS ? Which indicates to me they are no way close to approval...not even in a year or so.
