I saw that. I'm sure his lawyer is on it. Why make a phone call and change it now, when it'll get changed again as soon as they update the new share structure?

I think Mark had a wake up call a month ago so that's why he hired a new lawyer.

Do you think Mark is incompetent at running a public company?
