* The US fast food industry is not permitted to use conventional household water heaters to sanitize their facilities and therefore necessitates the use of more costly commercial water heating systems (between three and four thousand dollars) for their equipment and facility sanitization procedures. In management's opinion, Wanderport's microwave tank-less water heater eliminates that huge cost factor.
