IMHO, it is a good sign that news is stalled to support your opening statement; there would be no need to hold onto bad news however, can they hold on to a positive result for 2 more months assuming oil laws get placed? I think not. So alternatively, I watch for some type of a stall tactic such as: "hydrocarbons found, more testing needed to determine values"???

The fact that NIKO has such a large stake in QD should work in our favor.
