No more dilution because they have diluted enough shares to pay for everything they needed for already.... So this means NO more dilution.... So they are getting out of dept.... They are in talks with several companies interested in there technology....

It's a penny stock.... One of the best 10K's I've seen on a penny stock in a while.... They are a fully reporting otc.... Which you don't see that often.... The chart is Bullish like CRAZY.... Idk if we both read the same 10K.... But there are always risks and rewards....
