Why would this job posting sway the vote for them???

It totally contradicts the Proxy. The statement there isn't any plan to move off of the current trading platform says, in effect, we ain't moving anywhere soon..

Now, Mgt. SUDDENLY needs a Professional with the specific skills that all of us naysayers have been clamoring for.

TEEROY.. "MASTER PLAN".. C'MON MAN....

VOTE NO!!! At this point you'd be doing Mgt a favor, letting them walk away from this fiasco gracefully
