even at a price of 12 it's market cap w/. an OS of 1.58 mill shares isn't anyway where near the market cap of its publicly trading competitors which are 100 of times higher

clients purchase newer companies based on product innovation, cost, access to top management, service and a myriad of other factors before looking at the pps. The market cap for a publicly traded more accurately reflects a company's value than its restructured share price.
