Your conspiracy theories have gained a little bit of ground in my brain. Had they simply announced they had hired an audit firm with the ultimate goal of uplisting to NASDAQ we'd be sitting at 20+ cents right now considering the GMA deal and debt free PR.

Everyone would understand that a r/s would ultimately be necessary to meet the $4 requirement. It wouldn't be a surprise. Then they could have announced a 1 for 40 R/S to get us to $8.00.

Bonehead move or something more sinister? I don't get it.
