If you think that matters you have a lot to learn. These shells just get passed from scam to scam. Legit folks would never touch something so tainted as MMTE. That is how it works....... There is a good book on reverse mergers done by a lawyer named David Feldman http://www.reversemergerblog.com/ that is well worth reading. If you want to understand why MMTE will never be anything more than trash.
