Tonopah Divide Nevada ( 11 square miles of patented and unpatented claims ) in a mining venture with centerra (US) , inc.
We own 30% of the mining venture. The property is adjacent to Allied Nevada's Hasbrouck property which has a resource of approx. 400,000 ounces ant they are still drilling.

We have made a discovery of surface mineable gold in the combination fault Zone which needs further drilling to get to a resource.

Due to the proximity of this deposit, any ounces we find will have value.


Mineral mountain gold project near St. George , Utah approx 3,900 acres of mining claims. drilled by Pegasus, Midaway, and Tenneco and has an existing resource. Tenneco produced 280,000 ounces in the district in the mid-1990's.

The deposit is right on the surface is sandstones and should be amenable to heap leach processing.

Mineral Mountain may be expanted with a limited shallow drilling program. There are other good drill holes that were never followed up and several high grade surface showings with could be drilled.

Working on a pre-feasibility for Minearl Mountain which should show positive economics -- report due at the end of March 2011.
the real potential is in the deeper carbonate rocks that were never drilled. Mineral mountain is a sediment hosted, Carlin style gold deposit and there is strong evidence that the deeper carbonate rocks are mineralized. This would make Mineral Mountain a + 1 mill. ounce deposit.

We have recently agreed to sell our stake in prospect Uranium , inc. a company we formed in 2005 . We will net approx. 1.4 million. from the sale in publicity traded stock.

We sold a lithium property in southern Nevada in 2009 and continue to get proceeds from the sale . we have
opportuniscally staked and sold non-core properties to other juniors and mining companies.

We have a strong foothold north of Tonopah, Nevada, the second largest silver district in nevada after Comstock.

Additional gold properties in Arizona and California--both historic producers with strong exploration potential.

91 million shares outsatnding, market price of 0.073, $6.3 million market capitalization.
Centerra just completed a _X _X hole drill program in december with the full results due in one - three weeks. So far they have drilling _X _X holes.
