Al4343, I 've already stated I don't like Ferris. He has proven he has no clue how to run a publicly traded company. He may be good at being an engineer but a 3rd grader could do a better job running this company.
As far as Don is concerned, he is way over his head here, IMO. I liked the "Government Accepted Accounting Principles" comment and then he was stifled, lol
This stock will never be noticed on the pinks. If you think this is headed for the Nasdaq anytime soon, you have a better chance a winning the Lotto. You don't trim directors and plan on listing anytime soon. You do however, eliminate as much outside control as possible if you intend to go private.
Again, I sold out. If you think this is gonna trade on the pinks at 8.00 with any volume after a 1/100 share RS, good luck with that.
